Try to eat fruits raw or fresh, as they lose vitamins when processed.
eat  fruit or vegetables as snacks ,  as  apples, carrots and celery, green pepper sticks, are a good choice when tightened hunger.


Choose at least three fresh fruits a day, one that is rich in vitamin C (abundant in citrus fruits like lemon, tangerine, orange and grapefruit, also present in strawberries and kiwis).
Replaces a drink fruit juice. You will provide vitamins and minerals but less fiber than whole fruit.


Enjoy dried fruit (prunes, raisins, dates and apricots) are another source of vitamins and minerals. 
Consume vegetables daily. Best raw or in salads for lunch and boiled or steamed for dinner.

Hi Diana: Is truth. When we talk about diets, we always think about starving to death but a diet is only the way you eat.
