kiwi for dark circles

With so many obligations to fulfill today, between work, study and family. Not enough hours in the day to fulfill  everything.  it is usual that we can not fulfill our eight hours of sleep.so they may appear dark circles and make our face look exhausted.  It’s time to say goodbye to those ugly dark circles. It is very easy.
 

Steps to follow
1 - Enter the kiwi in the fridge.
2 - When this cold, cut into several slices.
3 - Place two of them on your eyes, lie back and relax while the kiwi attenuates dark circles and gives a dramatic look to your appearance.
4 - After about 15 minutes, remove the kiwi eyes and rinse with warm water to remove traces of fruit.
5 - The kiwi contains many nutrients and vitamins such as magnesium, phosphorus, iron and potassium

If for some reason you do not have the kiwi you can replace it with a slice of apple

Try to eat fruits raw or fresh, as they lose vitamins when processed.
eat  fruit or vegetables as snacks ,  as  apples, carrots and celery, green pepper sticks, are a good choice when tightened hunger.


Choose at least three fresh fruits a day, one that is rich in vitamin C (abundant in citrus fruits like lemon, tangerine, orange and grapefruit, also present in strawberries and kiwis).
Replaces a drink fruit juice. You will provide vitamins and minerals but less fiber than whole fruit.


Enjoy dried fruit (prunes, raisins, dates and apricots) are another source of vitamins and minerals. 
Consume vegetables daily. Best raw or in salads for lunch and boiled or steamed for dinner.

Lotion to moisturize the face

Ingredients

A glass of water thyme
One lemon


Preparation
Boil water and add a handful of thyme boil and then add the lemon sumo. Apply on face and leave for fifteen minutes. Rinse with plenty water.
Repeat this application twice a week at night

Remember: sleep well if you do not, you will have dark circles, skin appear lifeless tired. Ideally sleep at least eight hours daily
